Theme Change

I think you should change theme of this site. It's kind of dull and boring.

Ali dull bhayo kya yo grey n white combination! baru i suggest some bright combination like water blue n some aqua colors or some combination with light red/orange with white stuffs would look awesome in this forum! and perhaps changing from Arial to a better font like Trebuchet MS, would make it look way way way better! we are always here to help  our admin sathis, to make this a better looking website! I don't care about the theme as long as there is something interesting to see.

but making it more attractive will attract more users for sure.

Yes that would really be nice....

But the problem with changing theme needs a lot of work. Some of the plugins won't work in new themes. So to simplify the things we decided to go with default theme.

Right now, we have more important issues to deal with than the appearance.
- Even with this dull appearance we have huge traffic for our hosting plan.. Sometimes it becomes too congested.

- There has been complaints that even kids can register and visit Chhada sections. We also need to think on how to deal with the problem. One option is to restrict new registration to "invite only" that way we will have very few new members. But the ones we get will be more active than the ones we have now.  (But, that will be against our principle of 'free for everybody'.)

I can't think of the right balance.
Anyway, would be glad if anybody can suggest better option.

Thanks, the Friendfinder ad are removed.
I haven't found ads that do pay. So it is better to remain ad free as long as something worthwhile shows up.

I don't think so.

Same here. The forum will have less new members but there's no guarantee the new members are adults. As the children are already members here, they can easily invite their friends which are more likely to be children. So, I don't see any good implementing the option mentioned.
