in my recent searches i found the following nepali websites and they are looking good and useful to the people from Nepal;

http://www.clonevideos.com- this site share and allow you to upload videos and you can watch almost all the nepali videos for free. updated site with huge collection of Nepali and hindi Videos of different taste.

http://www.nepal1st.com- It looks a community portal with news, videos, gallery, forum, online radios and online tv also. some mp3 downloads and PR 3 so people can advertise to get more visitor to their business.

http://www.toggleit.org- this is very new site and you can post your link, vote for the links that already posted by other users, looks like digg and other bookmarking sites. it looks still developing coz it is not complete yet.

http://www.ocensurf.com-it is a simple search engine adn finds almost everything on the net. it is very clean site and capable to find from many data centers of other websites. very useful.

http://www.bark-online.com- this is Nepali twitter i can say. it is not popular but the way it presented is very clear and easy. we can add our posts and advertise our sites or blogs for free.

http://www.bloggers.com.np-This is the lists of Nepali bloggers which allows you to submit your blog for free listing adn you may get big traffice to your blog coz it has more than 1000 Nepali bloggers list and many of them visiting this site daily.
